Doug finds that InterPlay complements his meditation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practices.

Doug co-leads DC’s Life Practice Program, Annual Men’s Retreat, and Annual Spring Retreat; and is a member of the DC Organizing Body.

Since retiring, play deprived Douglass works hard at doing nothing. With more practice, he hopes to have fun playing.
